Feed the Hungry
Feed The Hungry is a community outreach ministry at First Blairsville that seeks to minister to those in need in our community. On the first Saturday of each month, from 9am to 11am, we open up a drive-thru food ministry at our donation storage facility which has moved and is now accessible from the rear parking lot of our campus.
To get involved serving with Feed The Hungry or if you are a person in need, call the church office at 706.745.2469
Women on Mission
Women on Mission is full of women from our church that have a passion for missions. They support missions locally, nationally, and abroad. Through participation in local outreach opportunities, sending missionaries monthly gifts, collecting loose change for water filters for missionaries, and more, WOM strives to support the spreading of the Gospel to all nations. Each month, WOM invites special speakers to share their testimonies and stories from the mission field. Between blessing and hearing from missionaries, the women of WOM are often blessed themselves knowing they’re supporting the work of God.
Check out the Women on Mission monthly blog for updates from previous meetings and what’s coming up!

Isaiah 117 House
When children are removed from their homes out of concern for their safety, they are usually brought to a child welfare services office to await placement. This wait can be a few hours to several days. These children often have nothing with them and are scared, lonely, hungry, and in dirty clothing.
Isaiah 117 provides a comforting home where these children instead can be brought to wait – a place that is safe with friendly and loving volunteers who provide clean clothes, smiles, toys, and snuggly blankets. This space allows children to receive the comfort and care they need while child welfare staff can do the necessary paperwork and identify a good placement. Union County’s house is the first Isaiah 117 House in the state of Georgia. Our First B Kids raised over $7500 for Isaiah 117 House for their missions offering during VBS 2024 and over $5000 during VBS 2023!
You can visit Isaiah 117 House’s website to learn more about their mission.
