On Sunday, May 22nd, FBC was blessed to welcome the candidate put forth by our Pastor Search Team. In a special called conference after each worship service, the church voted unanimously to call Pastor Ricky Powell of Jacksonville, Florida as the next Senior Pastor of First Baptist Blairsville! We are excited for the future and we know that the leading of the Holy Spirit and the diligent work of our Pastor Search Team were instrumental in bringing us to this point.

Please be in prayer for our church and for Pastor Ricky and his family over the coming weeks as we move toward their official start in Blairsville!
